Fireworks are beautiful and they are also a product of strict law and careful handling. These terms set the boundaries that keep both sides safe and clear. Reading them takes a few minutes and saves far more time later, so please take them in before you rely on the site or on an offer from the office.
By visiting this website, sending an enquiry or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and by the privacy policy that sits beside them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website and do not proceed with an order.
The word we, us or our refers to Liuyang Yachan Trading Co., Ltd. The word you refers to the person or organisation using the site or dealing with us. GraceYa is the online name under which the site and its enquiry services are presented, and it belongs to the same provider named in the next section.
These terms may change from time to time, and the version that governs any given visit or order is the one published when that visit or order begins. We do our best to tell you of major changes, and continued use after a change counts as your acceptance of the newer wording.

These terms do not cover the pages, privacy behaviour or offers of any third party whose link appears on this site. Following such a link takes you outside this agreement and into terms that belong to someone else.
Every quote we send reflects the product list, the exchange rate and the transport cost in force on the day it is written. Prices are given in a currency agreed with you and do not lightly change, but they may be revised if a factor outside our control moves between the date of the quote and the date of the order, such as a steep shift in freight or a new duty levied on the route.
A quote is an invitation, not a promise that is already accepted. The agreement becomes real only when you accept in writing, by email or signed order, and we confirm our acceptance back to you. No delivery happens, no bespoke show plot is built for you and no deposit is taken until that two way confirmation is in place.
Payment terms will be stated on the order. A deposit is often needed to reserve a date or to begin custom work, with the balance falling due before shipment or before the day of a planned display. Late payment may delay a delivery, and we reserve the right to pause work while an overdue amount stands unpaid.
Invoices are issued in the name of Liuyang Yachan Trading Co., Ltd., so that the record your finance team keeps belongs to the same firm that carries the order.
Plans change, and we aim to be fair when they do. If you cancel an order before bespoke work or purchase has begun, we will usually return any deposit you have paid, less any small handling cost we have truly spent on your behalf.
Once custom product has been made, shipped or reserved against your name, the deposit may not be fully returnable, because fireworks are made to order and cannot be sold to someone else overnight. The closer to the event a cancellation comes, the more likely it is that part of the cost is already committed.
If we must cancel because a permit is refused, a law blocks the route or the weather is judged unsafe on a display where we hold the firing line for you, we will tell you at once and refund any amount paid for the part we cannot deliver, again less what was truly spent.
Rescheduling to a new date is normally treated with generosity when we are the ones arranging a display, because dates for a field are easier to move than custom product that is already in the crate.
Fireworks are governed by strict local, national and, for shipments, international rules. It is our duty to keep the commercial side in order, and it is your duty, where you hold the event, to make sure the local approval for that event is obtained in your name.
We prepare the technical material a permit application relies on, such as a safety zone plan and a list of product, and we will not stage a display for you in a place where the needed authorisation is missing. Nobody should ever feel rushed past a permit check for the sake of a date on a calendar.
Where we act as the exporter, we handle the export declaration on our side of the border accurately. Where your market has an import licence, an importer of record, or a local restriction on certain shells, you take responsibility for obtaining that approval and for telling us the truth about your destination before we pack a single tube.
Every show we arrange is planned around a measured fall zone, a wind check and a standing abort rule. We treat safety as the first page of the plan, not the last thought of it, and we expect the same respect from any crew that joins us on the field.
If you buy product from us and fire it yourself, you accept that you hold the duty of care for how it is stored, transported and used. We will gladly give you written advice on safe storage and firing, but we cannot stand beside every firing line of every customer around the world.
On displays where our own crew fires for you, we secure the site, post the signals and respect the agreed abort line without argument. Safety decisions on the night belong to the person holding the firing board, and no commercial pressure from an organiser may override a call to stand down.
Delivery dates we give you are estimates based on the route and the season, and we do our honest best to meet them. A firm, immovable date can hold only after the shipment has actually cleared our export side, because customs and shipping delays are shared risks of the trade.
The point at which a shipment leaves our care depends on the Incoterm we agree, which will always be written clearly on the order so there is no guesswork about who owns the crate, and the risk attached to it, at each stage of its journey.
It is your job to make sure the delivery address and the receiving partner are accurate, and that the destination will accept the product you have ordered. If a crate is refused at a border because of a choice or a silence on your side, the cost of return falls with the party whose part of the deal was not done.
Containers holding fireworks travel under the marks the law demands. We never mislabel a shipment, both because it is against the rules and because a firework that hides its nature is a far greater danger to the people who carry it.
We choose product from the established factories of the Liuyang trade and we stand behind what we send. Fireworks are measured for calibre, colour and burn before they leave our office, and the packing sheet tells you what is in each box.
If a tube arrives damaged in a way that was clearly ours or the carrier fault, tell us within a short, reasonable window and keep the damaged product ready for inspection. We will replace it or credit it, whichever better serves your event.
A dud here and there is a known rarity of the craft rather than a fault in the deal, and our rate is kept comfortably low. Should an unusual run of failures trouble your show, send us the record and we will treat it fairly.
Because firework product is ordered to a plan and often made in batches, we cannot take a general return of unused good product simply because a show grew smaller. Plan your quantity with us and we will help you order the right crate the first time.
The look and text of this website, its name and the trade marks attached to GraceYa and to the firework field office style belong to Liuyang Yachan Trading Co., Ltd. and are protected by the usual laws that guard such things.
The design plans we draw for your celebration, the show plot, the safety sheet and the written notes we produce for you are given to you for that event. They remain our created work, and we ask that you do not hand them to a competitor to copy in another city.
You are welcome to describe your event and to post photographs of a show that our firm helped deliver. That is your evening and your memory. We only ask that a full copy of our confidential internal plan is not republished for commercial gain without asking us first.
A planned firework show is governed by the law of the place where it is held and by the permit granted for it. Our responsibility does not reach into events that occur wholly through the acts of others, such as the weather turning, an unannounced obstacle entering the zone, or a crew you chose yourself making an error at the firing line.
Where we are at fault, our liability for any one claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim. We will not be liable for losses that side effects or indirect, such as the cost of shutting down a festival, unless a law refuses to allow that limit.
Nothing in these terms removes a legal right that a court in your country refuses to let us take from you. Where a part of this section would not be lawful, that part is cut away and the rest of the terms stand.
We carry the sense of a careful desk, and a good part of avoiding blame is avoiding the situation that would bring it. Being clear about who does what is our first line of defence.
You agree to use this website lawfully and to respect the people who run it and the people who read it. Do not try to break into the systems behind the site, do not try to overwhelm them with a flood of requests, and do not post anything harmful if you are ever given the chance to contribute.
The pages here are an honest account of our services rather than a legal promise that a specific shell will behave in a specific way in every sky. We describe things plainly and we keep the site up to date, but we do not warrant that every sentence is forever true in every market.
If we find that a visitor is using the site to cause trouble, to misrepresent our firm or to interfere with service for others, we may restrict that access and we will say why.
The website and its offers may be improved, adjusted or retired as the business grows. We may change a service, add a page or take a feature down without seeing a legal claim from anyone, because keeping the plan live is part of running it well.
We try to keep the site available around the clock, but no site is perfect. For planned care we usually work at quiet hours, and for an unplanned fault we aim to be back up quickly. A short pause does not create a right to damages.
If we ever stop offering a service you have already paid for, we will refund the unused part fairly. Money taken in good faith is returned in good faith.
These terms are read under the law of the place where the registered office of the company sits, and claims are to be brought in the courts that have authority over that place, unless a law where you live gives you a stronger local right.
Before any claim is filed, we ask both sides to talk. A disagreement about a firework order is usually a misunderstanding about a quantity, a date or a document, and talk clears those up far faster than a courtroom does.
If talk alone does not settle a matter, and where the size and the geography of the case allow it, we are open to mediation by a neutral person the two sides choose together, before a claim is brought.
